The best booking system for photographers with mini sessions

Hey ya'll! I wanted to share this amazing booking system I use for all my sessions. As photographers we can be so busy and this system rocks! It has been an absolute life saver for me and every photog needs this in their life!
It's called use session. This system will help you stay organized and create a seamless process for both you and your clients. I'm going to share with you all the things I love and I know you will love them too!
Here's how it works
Let's say your setting up holiday minis and you have 10 spots available. You put in your start time, end time, and amount of time between sessions. The system automatically generates the 10 session times. It also generates its own url link! This allows you to copy the link and send it directly to your clients. I personally posted the link on my website and social media handles. This allowed my clients to pick a day and time of their choice. This makes life so easy because your not going back and fourth with your clients trying to figure out schedules and what works for the both of you. They can see your openings and choose from there.
Another thing I love about this booking system is it allows your clients to pay the booking fee upfront! For example, say your session is $250, you can request $50 upfront to retain their spot and the rest 5 days before the session. The system also automatically sends your client a reminder email to submit the remaining payment.
Yes! You can upload your contracts in your backoffice. This is so important as a photographer you always want to be protected. Use session allows you to have several different contracts saved so you can send the correct one according to your session type.
Use Session also allows you to have several different questionnaires in your back office. This is an amazing way to get to know your clients wants and needs when it comes to photography services. For example, if your booking a wedding client you can ask all the important questions like, how many people in your bridal party, etc.
To top it off their program syncs with Shootproof! Once your customer books a session a gallery will be created with their contact info. How cool is that?
